Builders Cleans
After builders construction cleaning is a specialist cleaning service offered by Purple Rhino. Builders cleans are performed by staff who have been trained in all aspects of cleaning and hold CSCS cards, are trained in PASMA, IPAF and have NVQ level 2 working at height safety training. We provide full site specific risk assessments and method statements. From starting the project we will instruct our Contracts Manager to liaise between you and the whole cleaning team, giving you one point of contact during the whole cleaning period.
Purple Rhino has completed projects at Schools, Airports, offices, factories, warehouses and distribution centres throughout the UK. Many of which we have been contacted at the 11th hour and have mobilised our teams quickly and managed to get the work completed and most importantly on time, every time!
Construction Cleaning may involve cleaning of all external surfaces both high and low levels, including windows, framework, brick, stone, concrete, metal and plastic which may need pressure washing or other methods of cleaning, pathways and car parks may need washing down or we may need to use road sweepers.
Internal high level ceiling and wall cleaning to remove all excess building materials such as concrete, plaster and paint and many other materials used in the construction of the building.
Floors made of concrete, tiles linoleum and other materials may need scrubber drying machines to deep clean them.
All areas will need thorough vacuum cleaning not just sweeping as this just pushes the dust around, which then resettles on other surfaces which will need to be re - cleaned again.
